Choreographer Introduction
ZI Wei is a founding member of BeijingDance/LDTX. ZI Wei of Mongolian ethnicity was born
in Erdos of Inner Mongolia. He began his dance training in 1994 at the Inner Mongolia Yi Meng
Art School, and joined the Inner Mongolia’s Erdos Dance and Music Ensemble in 1998. He joined
Beijing Modern Dance Company in 2000, and became a founding member of BeijingDance/LDTX
in 2005. His major works includes Drift, The Pseudo Eagle, Segment, Very Slow and Circle.
