Modernization and urbanization are giants that gobble and swallow. Some describe China as a construction site in a cloud of sand and dust, on which high rises shoot from the ground or crumble to rubble, likely overnight. Others say China is a picture that is never still. It changes every time you close and open your eyes.
The city is a fantasy. It is a dream.
There are all sorts of sounds.
There is all sorts of action, all the time.
People move, buildings move, even rivers and mountains move.
To this rhythm
